REPLACE is a suite of programs for molecular replacement calculations. It currently consists of two major programs, GLRF for rotation function calculations and TF for translation function calculations. In addition, a small program (ANGCAL) is a convenient tool for conversions between angles and matrices.
The original documentations to GLRF and TF are written in TeX. The HTML versions are provided here for convenience, although many formatting and most of the math equations have not been properly included yet. For complete (and up to date) documentations, refer to the TeX and PostScript versions included with the program distribution.
